Our services include Searches for candidates in Middle-Management and higher positions, including Non-Executive Directors for the Company’s board.
 

First Step            Understand industry, client culture, and the specific position.  Work with the client to develop a search strategy. Update the client periodically and refine search

Second Step           Conduct search to find appropriate candidates. Telephonic dialogue and personal interview with candidate. Identify the exact fit for the position with a reference check. Recommend to the company a short list of typically no more than two prospects. Help client to coordinate and conduct interviews.

Third Step                Follow-up with client to ensure smooth selection process. Continued support to client and candidate until start of employment.  Follow-up after employment begins to ensure continued success of candidate in the company.
