Rajan Phanse

Rajan has more than twenty years of experience in business development in several industries.  He has worked in both the service and the manufacturing sector.  He is a graduate of the Management program from the Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune.

 

Rajan has over seven years of experience in Executive Search and Placement, most of which has been focused on placement at the C-Level and above. He has placed over 70 professionals across multiple industries and companies.

 

He is an expert in all HR related issues including Leadership and Motivation.  Rajan has an uncanny knack of fitting positions and candidates together.  He has been known to refer candidates to companies who did not know they had a need, yet found a perfect fit with the candidate referred.

Anil Gupte

Anil is an entrepreneur with over seventeen years of varied experience in the USA and India.  He has a degree in Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.  His work experience has initially been in the construction industry, however for the last twelve years he has been involved in IT companies.  He has founded, rapidly grown and sold his most recent company and also taught as a visiting faculty at the University of Wisconsin in the USA.

 

Anil has the ability to mine his network of contacts to identify individuals and where they may be found.  He brings a global outlook as well as a global network to the Executive Search process.

Ramana Rajgopaul

Ramana is a Professional Manager with board level experience. He held a senior management position at a British Multinational company where he managed a global workforce and global management issues.

 

He has extensive and global work experience in Marketing, General Management and Human Resources.   Additionally, he has hands on experience of ERP Management, ISO implementation and recruitment.  He has recruited for Senior Positions from Industry as well as at the Campuses of the top educational institutions in India.

 

He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) and remains actively involved with his Alumni and other social networks.
